Hi, I’m Dr. Jessica Emery.

I have spent my entire career running CE and personal development side by side and I believe that is exactly why I’ve been able to create what I’ve created and keep quantum leaping.

While building my career in dentistry, I was also doing the inner work. Exploring intuition as a leadership tool. Studying how identity shapes outcomes. Learning to lead from both my intellect and my heart.

Most of that world doesn’t exist inside dentistry. Nobody talks about it. Nobody teaches it.
So I created a room for it.

The Room is part of a larger movement, women in dentistry who are expanding beyond old paradigms of pressure, perfection and performance. Women who understand that leadership today requires emotional intelligence, self-awareness and expanded consciousness.

Inside The Room we are not just having conversations. We are shaping the next era of leadership in dentistry.
