Terms & Conditions

Please read and agree before completing your enrollment in Happy CEO Millionaire Mastermind (the “Program”).

By enrolling in Happy CEO Millionaire Mastermind, you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

Happy CEO Millionaire Mastermind is a 12-month high-level coaching and mentorship program that includes:

  • Weekly coaching calls with Dr. Jessica Emery
    Live, high-touch support with strategy + energetics. These sessions may include hot seats, laser coaching, offer and messaging reviews, pricing/positioning tweaks and clear next steps so you always leave with a plan and momentum.

  • Private Facebook Community access
    An intimate space for powerhouse women, designed for connection, collaboration and celebration. This is your hub for accountability, guidance, and networking with like-minded leaders.

  • Full year access to Launch Lab Academy
    A step-by-step digital program to take you from idea to income. You’ll learn how to create, refine and launch a high-ticket offer that feels aligned and magnetic.

  • Happy CEO Vault of Courses & Classes
    An ever-expanding library of transformational trainings, including all past masterclasses and every new one released this year. Covering mindset, energetics, strategy and behind-the-scenes business shifts.

This is a 12-month commitment program.

2. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the program fee as selected at checkout (annual or monthly plan).

  • Annual Payment: One-time payment.

  • Monthly Payment Plan: You agree to complete all 12 monthly payments as part of your commitment.

Enrollment is a full-year commitment. There are no cancellations or refunds. Once enrolled, you are responsible for completing your payment plan in full, regardless of participation.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this program, instant access to proprietary materials, and limited capacity, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you are ready to commit before enrolling.

4. Access & Duration

Your enrollment provides:

  • Weekly coaching calls with Dr. Jessica Emery for 12 months

  • Ongoing access to the private mastermind Facebook group during your term

  • Full year access to Launch Lab Academy and all course modules

  • Access to the Happy CEO Vault of Courses & Classes throughout your active enrollment

Program content may be updated at the discretion of the creator.

5. Code of Conduct

Happy CEO Millionaire Mastermind is a safe, high-level space. You agree to:

  • Participate with respect and integrity in all calls and community spaces

  • Maintain confidentiality of discussions within the group

  • Not share recordings or program materials outside the Program

  • Refrain from harassment, solicitation or unethical conduct

Violations may result in removal from the Program with no refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, templates, tools, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Dr. Jessica Emery and Happy CEO®. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or publicly share any part of the Program content.

7. Disclaimer

This Program is designed to provide mentorship, tools and strategies for growth. However, no guarantees of business or financial outcomes are made. Your success depends on your implementation, effort and commitment.

8. Support & Communication

You will receive:

  • Weekly coaching calls with Dr. Jessica Emery

  • Community access for ongoing support and connection

  • Individual one-to-one coaching is not included unless explicitly stated in your enrollment.

9. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions

  • You accept responsibility for the full program fee

  • You acknowledge and accept the strict no-refund policy

  • You agree to participate in alignment with the community’s values

This Agreement is legally binding upon purchase.
